Princess Cruises – We are currently searching for a highly motivated Metrics and Reporting Lead Analyst who understands quantitative and qualitative data administration and analysis, strategic workforce planning, talent measurements and analytics. Reporting directly to the Director, HRIS and HR Operations, this person will have research and analysis, reporting, and process planning improvement skills.

Leads the day to day activities of the Workforce Analytics team to analyze data for strategic workforce planning, talent measurements and analytics and monthly scorecards.
Acts as an expert for HR analytics and proactively analyze relationships between data.
Provides strategic analysis of HR effectiveness data to help drive informed decisions internally and across a variety of departments throughout the organization's various HR strategies.
Monitors, analyzes and reports on data trends that may have a strategic impact on existing or future projects/processes.
Establishes tools and other resources to enable customers to understand and interpret the provided information quickly and accurately.
Designs and delivers standardized dashboard analytics.
Develops executive summaries for senior leadership.
Creates and maintains audits of various datasets and measures results against various metrics.
Manages and assists with functional requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation and support of various HR effectiveness projects/processes.
Examines existing and proposed processes with an eye towards identifying process improvements and enhancing efficiencies.
Supports process improvement by delivering metrics for business case development and change management efforts
Partners with IT to identify key technology to deliver reports and metrics.

Education, training, experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
Six or more years of data/statistical analysis experience.
Five or more years of experience working within a PeopleSoft or ADP Enterprise environment in Human Resource related modules.
Strong data and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
Strong relationship building skills with internal and external partners and senior staff.
Must be a detail-oriented with creative problem solving skills.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multi-task.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and/or other presentation software.
Proficient in the use of SSRS, PS Query, Crystal Reports or other report writing tools.
Ability to translate technical information to non-technical users.
